What options are there for setting up access for a handle full of
office users to access an as/400 that is 40 miles away?

We currently have some users connecting to one of our 400s via a T/R
leased line setup running CA/400 for Win95 and they frequently hangup
or drop out altogether. They also hang when a message is sent to
them. System wide messages seam to be particular good at hanging
their 400 sessions. The PC runs ok, but the emulation session appears
to be frozen. Looking at it from the system everything looks like it
is running fine, but the users state they are stuck. I have gone to
the remote site and signed on, and everything worked fairly well for
me, except the limk was a little sluggish, but I am used to a 16MB
T/R as opposed to T/R over a T-1.
