We have CA/400 setup on two different systems via ethernet/LSP. What baffles me is we must use common router ID and password for the 1st system while the 2nd system can bypass these steps by merely pressing the enter-key! I have checked QCMN subsystem comms entries for QPCSUPP as *SYS on both systems. The only other difference between these 2 systems setup is the use of hard-coded burn-in ethernet adapter card addresses for the 1st system while the 2nd uses pre-assigned ethernet addresses. Can someone please enlighten me what went wrong here? Thanks in advance. Chong * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the Midrange System Mailing List!
