Thanks Neil, I did figure that out, took me a while.  I am now wrestling
with the path that is used when a command is executed via the Rexec dameon
is not the same as when I log on with TELNET.  I am going to try to get
together with Jeff Silberberg today and get this done.  I'll let you know if
we don't get it worked out.
