Gene,

This involves the directives you setup when you configure the 
web server.  To add the POST directive type:

   CFGTCPHTTP press <enter>, a menu will appear.  Select option 2
   "Work with HTTP configuration". What appears are the directives.
   Add the directive   ENABLE   POST   .

That should do it.  Good luck.....
