We switched over to Affinity Systems cards due to IBMs inability to support 
their own hardware on this platform. The special instructions for a PCMCIA card 
effectively disable any other PCMCIA cards you may have, which I don't feel is 
a workable option. We've been using the Affinity cards for several months now 
with no problems. They have a aite at http://www.affinitysys.com
