You can download all servivcepacks from IBM's ftp server at 
ftp.software.ibm.com. Connect to directory
/as400/products/clientaccess/win32/v3r1mX/servicepack
with X replaced by your modification level (0, 1 or 2).

You will be able to shut down your PC after installing the servicepack 
but you may still see problems when cancelling your AS/400 connection. It 
is beyond me why they can't get this bug fixed.
