Easy one, just follow these steps:
1. Open Download from a Rumba Session (Looks like a folder w/ arrow)
2. Make sure it is configured to right machine.
3. Input AS/400 file name as LIB/FILE(MBR) (Right side of screen)
4. Click options. Choose fields desired, and any slecetion criteria.
5. On left side enter PC file Name
5. Check options and select BIFF (Excell) format
Go.
File will be read into Excel as a XLS file, but it is pre Release 6.o, 
so when you save it, you will be prompted for whether to
