Just open the document in Word, using file type "All files". Word 7.0 is pretty smart and it figures it out and brings the document nearly as you saw it in Officevision wp. Hopefully you can import them into an AS/400 folder (since I am not sure of the S/38 format) and then use Word 7.0.
