Those are my thoughts exactly BUT when you have upper management, tell you
that they think (based on a recent audit) it's geared towards me and my
department, I wanted some feed back (copies of plans) to show them that it
encompasses much more than my AS/400, what about the RISC 6000 in lab, what
about the ICU/CCU monitors, and just the general philosophy of doing
business.... obviously being a hospital we are prepared for those disasters
outside our facility (school bus accidents etc) and we are tested on those
regularly.
I think that we all do tend to look at the AS/400 because it is our
responsibility, but it's upper management that also plays a role. I'll get
the my system running if that's what the plan is, otherwise... I'll open up
a long neck bottle of Bud Light... and start typing out my resume !!   :-)
