>I am using the IC/400 web server, storing my web files (HTML & GIF) in >an IFS directory. My problem is that while the HTML text appears >correctly when connecting to my web page, the GIF images are not >displayed (when using Netscape). When using Internet Explorer, I get an >image, but it is a corrupted version. What does the HTTP error log have to say about it? Have you tried displaying the images in your browser by browsing the IFS as a network drive. I.e., get a shared folder connection, then open the gifs as local files in the browser. If they look okay, then you can rule out corrupted image files. In netscape, do you see anything at all in place of the gifs?
