The F35 memory cards (3100, 3101) will not work on the F50 (needs 3102
or 3103 or 3104).

Also, you will need a 2546 bus adaptor card besides the 2594 processor
card.  The base memory 64MB is in a separate 3104 (unlike the F35 where
16MB is in the processor card 2592). The advantage is you have 3 buses
as opposed to 2 on the F35 (boy you need those slots for all those 6112,
6140, 6141, 2621 etc)

The F50 is in a different software tier (P30).  Be ready to shell out
money to IBM for the software upgrade.
(for example base OS/400 price is $4000 (F35-P20) and corresponding
price is $10,000 (F50-P30).  This applies to other software like RPG,
COBOL, SQL, Office Vision etc.
