The newest release of the Synapse WinAPPC file transfer has a new capability
that allows you to automate file transfers from within a VB or C++ pgm. It
includes a messaging function so your pgm can monitor the sucesss or failure
of the xfer.

>Enhance the file transfer program so that user written programs can
>start and monitor the completion of file transfer jobs.
