Infor XA Business Analyst Lodi WI

My Client a global leader in the food service equipment industry, is
seeking a highly skilled business analyst,with a focus on Infor XA
deployments.



*Responsibilities Include:*



-Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

- Perform quality assurance / peer reviews of all development efforts in
accordance with standard SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) framework

- Define reporting and alerting requirements

- Work with a cross functional team of internal resources and external
partners to optimize and enhance our integrations and the overall use of
the XA platform

- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal Governance and the
Firms’ EAS departmental processes

- Report on common sources of functional and technical issues and make
recommendations to improve

- Work with the Divisions to drive best practices and support continuous
improvement and business transformation initiatives. Establish and enforce
project governance standards, policies and procedures

- Lead efforts to continuously improve project management processes and
methodologies, enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality
of ERP project delivery

*Requirements*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Information Technology or related field

- Experience leading large scale XA
deployments, with a strong understanding of supply chain, APS/MRP and
accounting modules in the Infor XA product preferred

- Demonstrated experience in eliciting user
requirements and facilitating end user testing

- Experience in leading business process
transformation efforts, focused on the utilization of the XA platform, and
analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions

- Demonstrated experience using SQL queries

- Knowledge of IBM IServer (AS400) for
command execution is preferred

- Strong written, verbal communication
skills and process documentation

- Critical thinking skills

- Provide cross-functional team support
with the Divisions.
