Implementer, Technical Support Engineer
PTC is looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our Oakbrook Terrace, IL, based Implementer Support Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Product and Application Support to our customers and partners while working alongside a highly talented and collaborative team.
. Provide Product and Application Support Services to Implementer customers and Partners
. Use of case management tool to log and track issue status and related activities
. Create and publish knowledge articles for re-use by customers and PTC employees
Requirements – Non-Technical:
. The candidate will be expected to understand customer needs, put themselves in the customer’s shoes, and guide the customer’s expectations
. The ability to manage multiple issues in parallel
. The confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead customers in urgent or critical situations
. Work independently to replicate technical issues and to test software changes
. The ability to work with teammates in a collaborative manner to achieve a mission.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Customer Satisfaction focus, both internal and external, with strong relationship skills
. IBM i development experience
. Exposure to Change Management software, Implementer preferred
. Development experience
. Experience in support, services, or software development field
. Fluency in English is required
