Large company is looking to hire a full-time EDI Analyst/Programmer.
Qualified applicants must have a working knowledge of IBM System i RPG ILE,
FREE, RPG II, and CL programming.
The ideal applicant would also have a working knowledge of EDI standards X12
and UCS application mapping using IBM Gentran, EXTOL EEI Integrator and
EXTOL Secure AS2 software on the IBM Power Series.
Interested applicants must also have the ability to communicate with
customers on an EDI technical level, have excellent oral and written
communication skills, be able to multi-task, be self motivated, detail
oriented and possess a working knowledge of EDI terminology.
Duties will include daily invoice and purchase order processing for a large
customer base, the monitoring of EDI data communications, ensuring EDI
operations run smoothly, and the implementation of new and the modification
of existing customer EDI requests.
