Hello all.

Due to a series of events my services are now on the market.

I have a very successful background in providing IT management, programming,
application development, and staff support for web-based and brick and
mortar companies. Perhaps among your portfolio of assignments is a position
for which my strengths are a close match. Throughout my 13-year career, I
have demonstrated strengths in leading and performing all aspects of IT
operations in diverse business settings.

As a manager and key contributor to numerous IT projects, I offer excellent
communication skills in motivating, training, and supervising team members,
as well as interacting with customers. I excel in fast-paced,
deadline-driven settings where I am recognized for delivering complex
projects on time and within budget. In recent positions, I have served as a
Lawson Specialist, iSeries/i5 Project Manager, iSeries hardware/OS
administrator and PHP programmer.

In assessing my credentials, please note the following strengths:

? Create and execute applications and methodologies that meet the evolving
needs of the company, senior management, employees, and customers.

? Apply excellent problem-solving abilities in designing, upgrading,
troubleshooting, and maintaining databases, websites, server systems, and
business applications.

? Identify opportunities and make constructive recommendations for system
improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

? Achieve effective team performance and collaboration by providing clear
direction, acknowledging contributions, and facilitating training and
advancement.

I welcome the opportunity of discussing with you my qualifications and any
positions you may feel are viable. Thank you for your consideration. I look
forward to speaking with you.

My résumé is available upon request.

Thank you,

Bryan Merrell
