I have a terrific opportunity in Minnesota for a hands-on Programming
Manager. The client is looking for a leader who has experience on the AS/400
using RPG and Mapics/Infor XA. This opportunity is with a stable company who
offers an excellent compensation package! This person will work in a small
programming shop, manage internal programming staff as well as any outside
consultants, be responsible for maintaining the AS/400 including hardware,
software, backup strategies and operating system, development work, and
provide programming assistance to non senior level programmers. This
position is a hands-on developer/manager position and will require that the
manager also perform development related activities up to 80% of the time
including RPG coding. The pay range on the position is $70-90000 plus a
