Helpdesk Support Technician
Northeast Indiana Company Direct Hire
This position will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, network
accounts, and various connectivity problems within the organization for
various US locations; this position will work with users on AS400
communications; install and configure new equipment; perform preventative
maint. on PC equipment; evaluate need for upgrades or replacements of
computer hardware and software solutions; along with provide daily
assistance for issues that occur.

To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Business Information
Systems or Computer Science, AS400 experience, MS certification and/or
BPCS experience preferred. This position requires professional telephone
etiquette, ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel,
independent problem solving skills, training skills, and commitment to
further education. This EOE employer will require pre-employment criminal
