The American Political System

Maybe volunteers with no vested interest as public officials. Replacing
capitalism is absurd but the way it's being abused is just as much.

Hear hear!

This, Alex, I agree with absolutely. Things like term limitations and
campaign reform would go a long way in moving America's government back
toward its original representational system and away from the corporate
plutocracy.

But now we've delved completely into the sphere of politics, so I will
definitely bow out <grin>.
