Employment markets

I read with interest the discussions on out sourcing, H1B problems. etc
Seems that this has been a continuing and lingering problem for a lot of IT
professionals for over 15 years, perhaps longer

It never goes away , because , like most human activity in the economic world
the lowest common denominator saves corporations and businesses vast amounts
of monies.

I've watched the evolution of the IT industry as a career, and frankly with all the flip flopping, and insecurity in that job world, I'm surprised more people haven't just packed
it in and gone in other , more lucrative, and stable employment

It's scary, after investing quite a number of years in the industry, to contemplate change.

I suspect however; that , with Global warming, and shrinking energy , the world that is
evolving just might be challenging, and exciting, and full of new horizons

Some problems are worth fighting, those that are endemic aren't worth the effort, particularly when your elected representatives lend a deaf ear
