The Programmer/Analyst II position?s key aspect is the ongoing
identification of technical problems and the development of sound,
carefully thought-out solutions that assures a consistent achievement in
the quality of work produced. A thoughtful, persevering and
self-disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is
essential. A well-suited candidate has a detail oriented focus and can be
