Business Systems Analyst

o     Evaluates proposed application systems by developing preliminary 
reports, feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis for management review.
o     Functions as liaison between user community and the IT department.   
Defines user application needs.   With assistance from the IT programming 
group, 
develops functional and detail specifications, when required.
o     Monitors systems development and project implementation activity.   
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance process including training 
and 
user documentation.
o     Screens and evaluates all user requests for modifications to present 
and proposed systems.   Ensure all recommendations follow company business 
strategy.
o     Analyzes the functional fit of application packages.   Responsible for 
analyzing the affect of system changes on other application areas.
o     Works with the user community to coordinate required user training.   
o     Maintains an awareness of state of the art hardware and software 
packages.
o     Assumes project leadership role on designated projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

o     Bachelor's degree is required.
o     Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
o     Candidate must be able to work independently and be able to coordinate 
multiple tasks.
o     JD Edward's system knowledge is required, Financials preferred. 
o     AS/400 system knowledge is preferred.


EDI Coordinator
 
Primary responsibility is to insure all EDI documents are processed 
accurately and in a timely manner.   Also responsible for the K&M Pick, Pack 
and Ship 
(PPS) system for processing pack/ship confirm of orders as well as 
miscellaneous systems.   

DUTIES:

o     Maintain mapping utilizing Inovis Trusted Link based on customer 
requirements for various documents including but not limited to Purchase 
Orders, 
Invoices and ASN's.   
o     Provide support for the Shipping Department which uses Kewill's KShip 
system
o     Provide support for the PPS interface system for processing pack/ship 
confirm of orders utilizing Pathfinder and KCP systems.
o     Maintain UCC128 labels as required by customers utilizing BarTender 
software.
o     Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

o     Inovis Trusted Link knowledge is required.
o     Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
o     Bachelor's degree is required.
o     Candidate must be able to work independently and be able to coordinate 
multiple tasks.
o     JD Edwards and AS/400 knowledge is preferred. 
o     Knowledge of SQL Server and Enterprise Manager helpful.
