Key Requirements and Responsibilities
·           Strong knowledge and experience with SSA BPCS ERP system and
multiple modules.
·           Position will lead medium to large projects within  IT
·           Position will directly manage a small team (3-5 people) of
business analysts or programmer analysts
·           Will deliver solutions using sound project management principles
and discipline
·           Will help coach and mentor team members on Software Development
Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management processes
·           Will help implement and enforce project and SDLC methodology
across all  IT projects
·           Expected to be very strong in methodology and process while
balancing with delivery to expectations
·           Outstanding written and oral communication skills
·           Ability to quickly learn and master new applications and systems

·           Ability to manage multiple assignments, work across different
business functions and prioritize daily task list to ensure execution to
expectations
·           A self-starter with the ability to define and achieve goals with
little supervision
·           Be extremely Customer Service-focused
·           Solutions-oriented - (Asks how can I/We do that?)
·           Strong organizational skills - understands the tasks that need
to be completed, prioritizes and executes accordingly
·           Consistently looking for opportunities to improve overall 
information process.
·           Embraces continuous learning related to information and
applications.
 
Education:         
·           Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related
discipline, or equivalent work experience, required
·           PMP certification a strong plus
·           APICS certification a plus
·           Six Sigma Greenbelt training/certification a plus
 
Experience:       
·           4-7 years of experience as a project manager required. 
Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
·           Extensive experience with ERP systems and functions required. 
SSA BPCS experience a plus.
·           Demonstrated ability to manage/lead project teams to deliver to
targets.
 
Special Skills:   
·           PC experience - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft
Excel, & Microsoft Access

very closely with multiple teams to provide and deliver solutions for
technical and information projects.   This person will use all relevant
tools to ensure efficient information use within  departments, including but
not limited to: Microsoft Project, Visio, DSS/TSI, AS/400 query, COGNOS
tools (Powerplay, Reportnet), Powersteering, & Microsoft Excel.  Other
duties as assigned.
