Minimum of 5 years experience implementing manufacturing MRP software systems 2. Minimum of 3 years experience working with the BPCS software application with exposure to the manufacturing modules Technical Skills: 1. RPG programming 2. AS/SET programming 3. AS/400 with following skills (minimum 7 years) * IMPLEMENTER Change Management * HAWKEYE * DBU * SEQUEL * RPG ILE Qualifications: 1. In-depth background in I/S development and development methodologies. 2. Proven knowledge of project management and systems development methodology processes with experience in running small size projects 3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - ability to know when and how to escalate issues 4. Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems and to understand the impact of various solutions 5. Proven ability to multi-task in an environment where priorities change 6. Demonstrated initiative for ongoing development of individual skills, new technologies and processes 7. Good business acumen including knowledge of key manufacturing functions. 8. Strong working knowledge of multiple platform operating systems, programming languages, and package system implementations with an emphasis on AS/400 and RPG 9. Exposure and competent with FDA system validation requirements, documentation and concepts 10. Ability to function effectively in a team and matrix environment 11. Strong work ethic and the desire to learn and grow within the I/S organization
