Title: EDI Support Specialist

Reports to: AVP, Operations

Department: Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for the monitoring of inbound and outbound EDI. Additionally 
responsibilities include setting up new and existing customers EDI. Will 
recommend and assist in defining new tools and methods to provide EDI services 
to Clients. Work with and assist Customer Support in providing support of EDI 
to customer base. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

                Interface with EDI partners and providers. 

                Insure quality and completeness of inbound and outbound data. 

                Manage and prepare all documents related to EDI setup for 
customers. 

                Provide EDI support to customers and RMI customer support 
representatives. 

                Design, enter and QA all necessary EDI tasks. 

                Coordinate with EDI Development group as necessary. 

                Attend EDI industry meetings. 

                Adhere to project management procedures and guidelines 
established by RMI management. 

                Assist and maintain Key Performance statistics related to EDI. 

                Travel to customer sites as required. 

                Provide assistance to all areas of the Operations Department 
when called on. 

                 

Ø Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each 
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative 
of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Ø Requires at least four years of experience in operations area. Bachelor's 
degree in business is a plus.

Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ø Knowledge of AS400 CL.

Ø Working knowledge of AS400 and FTP.

Ø Ability to travel.

Ø Proficiency is requires in MicroSoft Suite packages.

EDI Experience is a must - 
 
Max Salary - $60K permanent in Atlanta -
