prototype MATINVE -- MI400

What's the correct C prototype for MATINVE?

I tried the following but get MCH4227, "Instruction stream not valid."

char *p;
#pragma linkage (_MATINVE, builtin)
void _MATINVE (char*, unsigned);

_MATINVE( p, 1 );
