I have posted updated versions of my CRTMIPGM objects on my website -
http://www.corisoft.com/utilities.html. The updated version now allows
source up to 16MB (instead of 65535 bytes), so it can be used to compile
much larger source members. It also has a new AUT parameter on the CRTMIPGM
command (which defaults to *USE).
