I wish everyone would stop perpetuating this fallacy. Fast400 does not run in the system state. I checked the program object on several different machines where it was downloaded at different times over a two or three year period. It was in the user state in every case. Leif Svalgaard has mentioned this in at least one of these threads (I found a discussion that occurred on 17 Jul 2002).
