Njal, > I managed to compile the program, and patching it to system state > (security level 40), but it returns BADRRN no matter what we try. It is not only system state, but Dave also patched some of the compiled code to alter its instructions. He then patched the checksums so it would restore correctly. However, this method fails when QVFYOBJRST is 3. >Any suggestions? I believe Dave has comments in the UNDELM source which notes the instructions patched. You may have to manually do those patches yourself to your compiled program. Or maybe you can temporarily change QVFYOBJRST to a lower value, restore the *PGM, then change it back? Doug
