MATINXAT from *PRTQ to see what to CRTINX a *USRIDX

FNDINXEN from *PRTQ to see what to INSINXEN a *USRIDX

Beware *PRTQ index entries contain system pointers; *USRIDX entries can
too, but such  a *URSIDX object won't be saveable/restoreable.

Although a create duplicate object instruction can create a duplicate *PRTQ
or a duplicate *USRIDX, it won't change the object subtype.
