Does anybody know, offhand, of where I'd either find the code page of the
user's terminal (e.g., US English, US Multinational, &c.) either in or
around the terminal's FIB, or by calling an API?

Preferably something less complicated than inferring the device name from
the job name, and retrieving the device description?

I've tried the more obvious fields in QUSRJOBI (JOBI0400); CCSID just
comes back with 65535, while Language ID just comes back ENU whether the
terminal's set for country-specific or multinational.
