Given the following:

Job Name          char(26)
Spooled File Name char(10)
Spooled File Number     bin(4)

How would you generate the internal job identifier and internal spooled
file identifier for input to the Retrieve Spooled File Attributes
(QUSRSPLA) API parameters 5 and 6?
