Awesome utility, Dave! Wondering if it would be possible to increase the number of records that can be scanned in one shot. It doesn't seem like it would be a big deal, I think I saw how it could be done in the CISC-version source, but the RISC version didn't have the source. Found the data area that is used to control that, and the 3-byte packed value. I upped it from 100 to 99999. But we're dealing with files with records in the millions. I would most appreciate your assistance, if you so choose. tia, db
