Bob, Agreed - I could have written a small RPG or COBOL program to do the translation for me! However, I'm trying to learn MI during my "spare" time (at work) and I thought this would be a simple program to start with and also a bit more complicated than "Hello World" ;-) I just didn't realize *how* complicated ...
