Well on V5R2, I swapped the SEPT in my job, typed a "7" on a WRKSPLF panel,
and then observed the QSPDSPFM program gets the following 6 parameters:
1:  space pointer to spooled file name - CHAR(10)
2:  space pointer to job name - CHAR(26)
3:  space pointer to spooled file number - BIN(4)
4:  space pointer to job system name - CHAR(8)
5:  space pointer to the following structure - CHAR(15)
          BIN(2)  value x'0002'
          CHAR(7)  spooled file create date, CYYMMDD
          CHAR(6)  spooled file create time, HHMMSS
6:  null space pointer
