Virtual Terminal

Hi folks,
Is Virtual Terminal interactive? Would the following scenario work ?
 - I have a batch server that communicates with a client using TCP/IP socket
 - the batch server spawns a job that opens a VT and sends the 5250 stream
to the client which displays it in a nicer maneer.

Will the Virtual Terminal wake up the CFINT?
I know there have been a lot of talk around batch jobs using dspf already,
but I couldn't draw any conclusion out of them.
