[MI400] spawn() and child job name

I am using spawn() to start a child job. At V5R1 I can use the
SPAWN_SETJOBNAMEPARENT_NP inheritance flag to give the child job the
same name as the parent job.
 
However, at V4R5 I can't do this, because the SPAWN_SETJOBNAMEPARENT_NP
flag value (128) isn't valid. However, even at V4R5, some IBM jobs (for
instance HTTP server jobs) have child jobs with the same name as the
parent job, so it's obviously possible...but how can I do it?
