this is a compiler bug. What was you trying to compile?
Was it the CALLI?   About that one: Do you
have an internal entry point:
ENTRY PROCESS-JOB-ENTRY INT;
and an instruction pointer:
DCL INSPTR .PROCESS-JOB-ENTRY;

?

What were the exact 4 error messages?
