Ending the PC Organizer -- MI400

Apparently, after you start the PC organizer (with the STRPCO command), it's
not possible to end it (other than by issuing the SIGNOFF command).  (IBM
has confirmed this with me.)  Anyone in this group interested in writing an
ENDPCO command?  Remuneration is a definite possibility.
