This one (past from client access) CPYBLAP LINE(LINE-NBR), <23|/*'/*'/*"/*"*/; PEND;;;>, " "; is ok. | ('pipe') is ok. ' ok too and " too. All ',",| seems good. -- Stephane -----Message d'origine----- De : mi400-admin@midrange.com [mailto:mi400-admin@midrange.com]De la part de Leif Svalgaard Envoyé : vendredi, 23. août 2002 15:40 À : mi400@midrange.com Objet : Re: [MI400] Crtmicmp This happens because you are using a character set that mangles the "|" character (vertical stroke). The following line: CPYBLAP LINE(LINE-NBR), <23|/*'/*'/*"/*"*/; PEND;;;>, " "; should look like is does. Check that the "|" character is translated correctly after transfer to the AS/400. There are a couple other such instances. Check them all.
