Inactive time for jobs in DSPW condition

I'm trying to find a way of determing how long an interactive job has been in a
DSPW condition.  In other words, given a qualified job name or internal job
indentifier, can I find either the time of the last WS I/O operation or how long
the job has been idle?

I can't find anything in the normal work management APIs like Retrieve Job
Information (QUSRJOBI), Retrieve Job Status (QWCRJBST), List Job (QUSLJOB).

Nor does it seem to be in work station support APIs like Retrieve Output
Information (QWSRTVOI) which gives me the last record format data, but not when
it occured.

If there is no API, is there a way I can find it using MI?
