A root folder (space object type x'1912') has a system pointer at offset x'800'
that
points to a space of type x'19e7' called (on our system) ABBB000001.

Each folder seems to have an alphabetically sorted list of all contained
subfolders
Offset x'0224' points to the first entry, offset x'002c' contains the number of
entries
Each entry is x'100' (256 bytes long) and starts with a system pointer to the
object
(*FLR or *DOC), then the DLO name.
