RE: Change to V5R1 CPYNV instruction in PTF MF27890

Other "improvements" or MI fixes might be the PTFs that MF27890 supercedes,
below.  Unfortunately, searching on "MI INSTRUCTION" (which returned 16
PTFs) won't always work.
