Gene,

Looking at the MIFR documentation, it says "The mark template information is
repeated for the number of outstanding marks".  And the number of
outstanding marks is located at ofs(124) of the heap space attributes (
x'00' ). So it that value is zero, there will be no "mark template
information".

Makes sense. My error.  Thank you.
