only if QCMDEXC runs the SBMJOB cmd. no?
if you call qcmdexc parm('cpyf a b' 8 ), the caller will wait until the cpyf 
completes. Will ShellExecute( "copy a b" ) wait for the copy to complete, or 
will copy run in a dos window while the caller returns to its msg loop?
