Jon,

i understand that performing such an action does cost, but is an compare 
with *NONE really hitting performance *that* much? As a software vendor, we 
are seldom in the situation of needing a "read trigger", but i do see the 
*business* need for it.

Dear fellows, if you feel the desire for it, then ask every IBM
