RE: MI Functional Reference publ

Felix, look for a copy of the MI manual that is not from the current release.
Earlier this year, somebody on this list or in MIDRANGE-L mentioned that the
MI manual from a previous release could be had for about $20 or $30 (not sure,
but much MUCH cheaper than a current release pub.)  I asked the list if there
were any major revisions and was told that there was not.  So I purchased it.
