QPRCRTPG Issue

Am following the code in the System API Programming manual to create a set
of programs that will compile MI source.  I use the technique of placing the
source into a user space and then resolving the system pointer to the user
space and then setting the space pointer from the system pointer.  All well
thus far.  However, when I invoke the Create Program (QPRCRTPG) API to
perform the compilation it ends abnormally with a MCH1210 (Receiver value to
small to hold result) error in the GETOKEN procedure of the QPRPH01P
program.  When I compile a small MI program that will fit entirely within a
CL variable
I have no problem.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
