RE: Convert an MI program to RPG

The second and third rslvsp() parameters are pointers to a 31-byte string.
The following RPGLE uses OPTIONS(*STRING) to null the byte 31.  This works
okay.  To search *LIBL, change paramter 3 to *NULL.
