For type and quantity of builtin function parameters, look in the "bound program access" boxes under each instruction in the MI Functional Reference. Occasionally the boxes differ from the names in the REXX listing. When they differ, the REXX listing is probably correct. For example, an MI Functional Reference box has "RMVINXEN", but the REXX listing has "_RMVINXEN1" and "_RMVINXEN2". One returns the removed index entry; two other does not (or vice versa, I'll let you test that). By the way, the mysterious built-in numbers that appear in the boxes in the MI Function Reference pages match the fourth column of numbers in the REXX listing. In editions of the MI Function Reference before V4R4, it seems a typographical error dropped zeros from these numbers. It seems the V4R4 edition corrected these mistakes. +--- | This is the MI Programmers Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MI400@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MI400-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MI400-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: dr2@cssas400.com +---
